Namaste - The light in me greets the light in you.
My name is Julia and in 2004 I started to share my passion as a residential yoga teacher after which I went on the road 2009 as a traveling AcroYoga teacher.
YOGA
It was in 2002 that I plunged into the practices of yoga. From that moment on there was no looking back and the magic started. After my first yoga teacher training (2004), my passion for yoga grew even more and I was blessed to have had a supportive platform to start sharing at Yogauly in Southwest Germany. While studying Literature and Biology at the University of Karlsruhe, I explored and studied Ayurvedic massage in 2005.
ACROYOGA
At the Yoga Conference in Cologne 2006, she had my first experience with AcroYoga. I literally took flight and it became one of the greatest loves of my life. After training in Greece in 2008 with Jason and Jenny, the co-founders of the practice, the qualities of AcroYoga manifested themselves in my life - infinite momentum, unconditional trust, enthusiasm, positivity, courage and playfulness.
It is the the group dynamics, the communication tools and techniques of this modern style of yoga, that caught my attention ever since the first time upside down back in 2007.
THAIYOGA
Meeting my ThaiYoga Massage teacher Krishnatakis at AcroYoga Teacher Training I was certain which path to take and continued intensive Thaimassage intensive from 2009 onwards. Naturally it happened to pass on the abundance of joyous techniques in the form of yoga classes, workshops and trainings.
DOULA
With birthing a beautiful baby girl and a new me as a mother in 2012 with the help of two incredible woman in the role of a doula and a midwife I got empowered and enchanted with the magic of birth. I got irresistibly intrigued and went to Bali in 2016 for training with Kathrine Bramhall, Debra Pascali Bornaro and Robin Lim to be a Birth Doula.
